No, we specialize in retro video games and do not offer PC titles.

We do not currently offer repair services.

Will games and consoles work in my country?
All console video games we sell are in NTSC format for Canada and the USA. Game Boy, 3DS, DS, PS3, PSP, and VITA games are region-free and can be played on systems in any country.
What should I do if my game doesn't work?
If you are using a clone system or cassettes, clean them with Q-TIPS and rubbing alcohol. For CDs, wipe the game with a tissue to remove any dirt.
Are the photos on the website real?
Yes, 99% of our photos are of the actual product you are purchasing.

How do I sell my games?
Send us photos of what you have to sell. Once we agree on the price, send us the items. After receipt and testing, we will send you an Interac e-Transfer for the agreed amount.
Can you collect your order locally?
No, we only offer postal deliveries.
What carriers do you use to ship orders?
We use Canada Post for all our deliveries.
What are the delivery times ?
Our delivery times with Canada Post Expedited Parcel are 2 to 14 business days.
Do you provide an order tracking number?
Yes, all our packages are sent with a tracking number.
What are the conditions to benefit from free delivery?
Free delivery is available on all orders of $100 or more before taxes. A video game console at most.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
Don't worry, most of our shipments arrive without problems. If there is a problem, we take photos/videos of everything we test and the packages before sending them out to protect ourselves.
